I thank God for the gift of Merica G and Connected By Design. I've been praying and asking God to help me know who I was and what was my purpose. God sent Merica's Connected By Design and her love for right relationships into my life. Through the program I have been able to identify who I am and why I am. I've learned how to be me and be ok if others don't agree with me. I've learned that I matter and I deserve respect. It is a process that I'm still working through daily. I'm able to express my feelings better without letting my emotions control my behavior and being out of control. Connected By Design was a blessing and still is a blessing for myself and my business partner, which happens to be my husband and life partner. Merica has opened our eyes to show us what makes the both of us do what we do and to realize how we respond to certain things that happen with the business. The Disc analysis is an excellent tool in building and maintaining a relationship whether it's a business or personal. It's given me a clear view of myself in how I deal with everyday business matters. I am so glad my husband and I did the DISC assessment through Connected By Design. Merica was very patient with us and showed no judgment which made it comfortable for us to be open and honest. You could tell Merica really wants us to reach our goals as individuals to be better partners for each other. Merica was very professional and well organized. I highly recommend her services!

I completed the DISC with Merica Green, MEd! My initial thoughts about personality assessments were definitely negative. When I was asked to do it just for personal reasons, I was hesitant. I personally felt that a test couldn’t explain me! Once I received my results I cried, I humbled myself and did some self-evaluations. Taking this opportunity to understand my "why’s" will definitely help my future.
